This spacious mountain home is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the great outdoors. Nestled on the mountainside of the San Juan River Resort, this charming home has a magnificent view of the San Juan Mountains. Just 20 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area and 10 minutes from Pagosa Springs, so you're close to all the best things to do in the area.
Whether you're looking to ski, hike, fish, or soak in the hot springs, you'll find it all within easy reach. The home itself is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for up to eight guests. Guests will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room with a gas log fireplace for warmth and ambiance.
The home has everything you need to enjoy your stay, including dependable, high speed StarLinks Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a barbecue grill. There's also a large deck with stunning views of the mountains, where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. Pets are welcome, with prior permission.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals, including a dishwasher, stove with full size oven, microwave, and refrigerator. There is also a laundry room located off the kitchen. The deck is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. There is a gas barbecue grill, so you can grill meals outdoors.
Sleeping arrangements: The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and full bath just outside the room. Upstairs, the master suite features a queen bed, satellite TV, and a private deck with stunning views. There is another full bathroom upstairs between the master suite and the third bedroom, which has two twin beds and a tot bed in the closet/fort.
Our studio apartment is the perfect addition to the 3 bedroom 2 bath main house. Larger groups can add the 4th bedroom and 3rd bath. The studio is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Located over the two-car garage, this cozy space sleeps two comfortably on a queen-size sofa futon. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink, and the kitchenette is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and enjoy simple meals, including a mini fridge, microwave, crockpot, grill, and cooktop. The view from the studio apartment is simply stunning and you have a private entrance to the backyard, where the deer often visit.
The home is decorated in a cozy Western motif, with plenty of wood, faux leather, and red accents. The living room features a large sofa, comfortable chairs, and a gas log fireplace. There is also a TV with satellite TV and DVD player, so you can relax and watch your favorite movies or shows.

The house and studio worked out well for my group of buddies. We stayed three nights as part of our 10-Day motorcycle ride across Colorado. The location was perfect for our planned rides. We did have an issue with the water heater in the Studio not working. Colleen responded quickly and was able to secure the services of a plumber before the third night and offered a discount for the inconvenience.
The view from the property was beautiful! My mom loved the gas fireplace. We were visiting for my mom’s 85th birthday and the place was perfect for her. The location is close to town and she enjoyed all the shops and the river. We’ll have to stay longer next time! Audrey M.
