The house and studio worked out well for my group of buddies. We stayed three nights as part of our 10-Day motorcycle ride across Colorado. The location was perfect for our planned rides. We did have an issue with the water heater in the Studio not working. Colleen responded quickly and was able to secure the services of a plumber before the third night and offered a discount for the inconvenience.
The view from the property was beautiful! My mom loved the gas fireplace. We were visiting for my mom’s 85th birthday and the place was perfect for her. The location is close to town and she enjoyed all the shops and the river. We’ll have to stay longer next time! Audrey M.
A great place for a family and very cozy. It has everything you need without having to bring extra. The studio was the perfect extra room we needed! Anel H.

We really enjoyed your place. The snow was great and so was the neighborhood. We loved Buddy (FYI the neighbors dog) and look forward to going back next year. Thanks again for a wonderful experience! The Miletello's, Ruston, LA
The studio apartment was just perfect for the two of us and the futon was so comfortable we are looking for a similar one for our guest room. The Freeman's, San Gabriel, CA
